    Default Requested SARS of RBS no reply (40 days later)

    Hi everyone,
    I am not sure if I am posting in the right area as I am a newbie to posting. I sent off requesting SARS from my 2 banks Natwest and RBSicon. I have heard nothing from RBS it is now 45 days later. Could somemone direct me to maybe a template letter to follow up why I have not received any correspondance. Natwest have been compliant at the moment, though I had the ususal ID problems etc (delaying tatics). I am still awaiting their SARS as I sent it a little later. Thank you in advance.

    You did not need to send 2 seperate SARS.

    The RBSicon and Natwest data controller are the same. Joyce E Tudor at there head office in Edinburgh.
