I handed my DPA into my local branch on the 15th August with £10 access fee, I got a reciept to say I had paid this. Never heard nothing from the bank the 40 days is up tomorrow so last week I wrote a letter to just remind them, I recieved a letter back asking me to pay £5 fee, I sent a letter back Monday just gone recorded post with a photo-copy of the reciept stating that I had infact paid £10 and I need the statemnets by 24/9/06. Cut a long story short post has been and not there today no post tomorrow so should I sent the non-compliance letter today

also It says in the non compliance letter they have a further 7 days to comply, if they did not comply would we have to pay court costs to get the order to make the bank produce the statements
