Now that I have been successful with A & L, and MBNA (without sendign ANY letters) I am just about to start on RBS Nautilus.

I have a shell card, and a Tesco card, but I am not sure which letters to send as the BANK ones quote overdraft interest.

The only letter I have found goes straight for the jugular and gives 14 days.

Could somebody please point me in teh right direction.

Thanks,

:):eek::)

Hi, no - you have to use court action only as a last resort, after you have tried to resolve the issue by other means. So it does not matter what the issue is over which there is a disagreement, it is still a court action, and you have to be able to look sincere to the judge that you have tried your best before wasting the Court's time.
