Default traceyrmj against virgin ONE (RBOS)... bring it on!

well couldnt find a virgin one forum so have plonked this here hope thats ok. sent SARicon 30th Aug, they replied that they urgently need my new phone number to discuss this with me. ( changed it a while ago and no longer deal with V1) i replied that my phone number was irrelevant as i requested the information in writing and they have xx days left of my original deadline in fact 20 days and counting....

received letter today saying.. we have already collated the data you require however the cheque you sent for the £10 fee is incorrectly addressed to virgin one, it shoudl be addressed to "the virgin one account" WTF they are seriously quibbling over the word account missing form the cheque? i have added the word "account" to my original cheque and replied that i am pleased they already have the information i am looking forward to receiving it in the post today...
