Hi,i have received a letter from bank o scotland about the payment protection cover sold to me on my credit card(aqua).

it seems a very in depth letter about the fact i may have been sold cover when i didnt need it or was pressured into it.

are they doing this to cover themselves in order that i dont make any kind of clail.

i,m not sure about this at all. any advice gratefully received.

if you've got all the statements then off you go

fill out a FOS PPI complaint form & do an SOC

if not SAR BOS to get them.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
