hi all u might remember jon lost his triburnal due to lack of his rep not giving all drs notes etc and we wrote to the chairman to to go to the u t in the mean time but in a new claim

well got a letter this morning NOTHING in the envelope only a booklet how to appeal

its mental torture for him phoned Mind the lady that dealing with it went mad no way to treat a chap with m h promlems and other mobility promlems she phoned the office dont know why no statements of reason was not in the letter sending it out in a few days question 1 does he waite to get the letter or just send appeal straight away, god help him when he gets the letter to change to esa he now worries that he will be left with nothing he had very very good letters from drs ,consultants, careers, all 22 pages still no dla :mad2:

He does need to have the statement of reasons first. Then you need a experienced benefits caseworker to help at that point - as they'll need to point out the error in natural justice that has occured and also to pick out any errors of law in the statement of reasons.
