You either need to send it recorded delivery or if you hand deliver make sure you get a receipt for it. They may not want to give you one but don't take no for an answer. Make sure you have kept a copy of all correspondense as well. I hand delivered my prelim then got a fob off letter. I then sent the LBA to the address on the fob off letter. Hope this helps!! :)

Yup just follow the step by step instructions and you'll be fine!You need to always send the 2 letters both giving 14 days as you may eventually have to show in court that you gave a reasonable amount of time (28 days) to the bank to refund the charges.
