It varies quite a bit, but it's generally just a social event where people have a break from the problems they have. That said, we all have CAG in common and it's not unusual for the conversation to turn to the issues people are dealing with , and peeps will support each other if they can.

 

Can't promise you'd get any special help, but all are welcome and venues are generally inexpensive as no-one's got money to burn.

 

It's not unusual for people to save money by sharing costs of accommodation and/or travel.
