please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I'm posting on a "signed for a parcel in my name" thread it doesn't matter who the business is, it's the driver that is doing it. A driver for parcel force isn't more entitled to do it than Yodel, Hermes, UPS .....

Why are you so bothered anyway?!

Again you're missing the point that it doesn't matter about the name of the courier, the legality of the issue remains the same.

So the question should really be answered as if it were "is it illegal for a courier company to sign for my parcel in my name?"

you'd have to look at their t&C's maybe

but certainly not [illegal] criminal no.

they are a courier, unlike royal mail whom are covered by acts of parl.mt.

which is why I keep saying

yodel is NOTHING to do with this thread.

but there yo go , you obv know better.
