I was on jsa for 7 months and then managed to get a 3 month temp contract and was able to top my wages up with Working Tax Credit..

The contract ended on 5th may and i signed on again as a rapid reclaim... (had no money as yet)just found another part time post for 22 hours and i start next week........

My question is will i still qualify for Working tax credits as this time around i havnt been on jsa for 6 months or more...I am over 50 and have no children so that is my only qualifying factor...

Many thanks in advance for any advise

It depends on whether the three months gap in claiming lasted a full 12 weeks or not. More info here
