If Gordon Brown gets to keep his house, what are his plans for New Claims for Disability Living Allowance made from outside UK (as he is still ignoring the EEU Regulation re 26/52 week) and also the protection of Long-Term Incapacity Benefits claimants that exported their claim to Spain and other EEU countries.

He is only notionally leader, being kept as a figure-head and scape-goat by Mandelson Inc, until its time to drive him back to the Manse. There is no objective evidence that Brown is in charge.

I'm not a qualified welfare rights adviser, but I'm planning on becoming one. I'm no substitute for more competent advice from trained CAB and welfare rights workers - see this post by Joa, great advice and links! I've been running a Crisis Loan campaign and help since Jan 2007 . See my annotations c/o "theyworkforyou". I'm also currently interested by the recent DWP Medical Services reform and the effect this is having on valid claims, seriously - someone needs to be keeping a suicide count.

It seems that he is going nowhere for present as he wants to keep the power he has over all of us to the end..He will have to leave later but if their is a Lib Lab pack then we will have the same scenario all over someone being picked by Labour to be PM and the public being ignored.

The public does not elect the Prime Minister.

Actually, I had assumed that the Tories won the most seats despite Mr Cameron, not because of him :)
