, no the collector never came back, no payment meant no commission. there are plenty of other punters out there for him to scare that don't know their rights and don't know of CAG. Glad to hear Halifax are playing fair with you, I went into slight arrears again and true to their word they never mentioned the suspended repossesion and were OK about it. Money still quite an issue at present but slowly getting back on track thanks to this site and the people who post on it. Only 1 origonal creditor still playing fair and I can't wait to be in a position to pay them up in full and show the others what they could have had if they were more understanding .

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
