If you buy Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student Edition, you get a licence for 3 users. So you can split the cost between yourself and 2 other friends/ family members.

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

If you can't donate, please use the Internet Search boxes on the CAG pages - these will generate a small but regular income for the site

If you buy Microsoft Office 2003 Home and Student Edition, it will load time after time, I know this because my son's and myself have had problems/broken PC's so have all had new machines at various times so its loaded 8 times so far on new PC's without problem.

The added benifit of this is you dont get all of the silly additions Microsoft have added to Office 2007.

I have both (My work updates theirs and gets a copy for us :D) and I prefer 2003. If someone wants 2007 tho, they can split the cost 3 ways as the licence is for 3 users

Yeah, OpenOffice defiantly needs a mention!!! I'd totally forgot about that! (Anyone interested, Google it and it'll be the top link more than likely)

In future when this is a problem, download the compatibility fix from the microsoft website. It shouldn't be hard and is a very common download. This will entirely fix the issue
