Hi All

Looking for some help.

I live in Scotland and have gone thru' stages upto and incl letter saying I will take court action against RBS for approx £2500.

Recvd 2 letters from RBS saying charges are fair and to go talk to Ombudsman.

Have been to Sheriff court to take small claims action but claim too large. I said I would do it in stages but was told this is a no go.

Any help from here would be appreciated. Are RBS being more difficult than other banks. Not for long I hope

There are a lot of other people in the same position as you and they seem to be making multiple claims with no problems

HOWEVER if you take RBoS to court in England which I think you can do, you can claim upto £5000

have a look through other RBS threads

I don't know if it helps but I have filed against BoS in England, using MCOL, because they are part of Halifax.

If RBoS has a registered office in England then you should be able to do it too, up to £5000.
