Received part of my RBSSAR
today, along with the photocopies of the account opening forms etc, there are a number of letters from a company called 'Alliance & Mutual Bank Refunds' requesting my statements!
It looks like RBS havent replied as A&M have sent several letter afterwards referring to me as their 'client' and asking why RBS havent responded.
Do I contact A&M direct and ask them what they think theyre playing at? Or do I contact RBS? I know for a fact I havent had anything to do with any companies wanting to make claims on my behalf.
