I don't know if you can help me.

I have a Business Account with the Bank of Scotland

Over a year ago I found that I was getting some credits that I could not identify.

I complained to the bank and they investigated and said that they were payments from the Natwest but that they could not trace them any further. However, they said that as they were for my company name they were credited to me.

I asked them to investigate this further and still they just came back with the same infomation.

The payments then stopped after 12 months.

Now the bank have come back a third time and said they made an error and credited them to my account incorrectly although they are blaming the Natwest for this.

They are now saying that I owe them £2340 imediately and will debit this from my account (which holds about £60) in 10 days.

As a very small business I certainly do not have this sort of money available as a lump sum and after 2 complaints and being assured it was correct I used it to incest in the company.

Can you please advise me what I can do, if anything at all.
