Ive sent my letter before action last week for nearly £5000 going back 6 years . As a single parent on a set income i sometimes incurred penalties for non payment of direct debits . Over the years these penalties had me struggling to survive , i dont just want them back i'm almost willing to use the money recovered to sue them for the stress and hardship that was brought about as a result of their theft of my money . . well , what theyre doing is illegal after all .

Just to double check - the LBA is the 2nd letter that you would send, you have sent them an initial Preliminary Letter prior to this yes?

I have successfully claimed against: "MBNA, Capital One, Bank of Scotland & Clydesdale Bank"
