**ONLINE BANKING HAS BEEN IMPROVED**

You'll notice we've made a few changes to improve our online banking facility. For example, you will now be able to view up to 6 years worth of account statement and transaction history. To view a statement, simply visit the 'Statement' section.

So, if all you're after is your statements and nothing else, sign to online banking (FOC) and get printing!!!

And no, I didn't read your post, if I had, there would have been little point in posting it myself, would there?

And no, it's not a proper SAR, that's why I said "if all you need is your statements"...

It is live that you can go back to 2002.

(1) Log into NatWest online banking,

(2) Go to statements on the left hand side and click on that,

(3) then on the drop down menu it says "historic transactions" then you need to choose dates not more than 12 months at a time, ie 5th October 2002 until 4th October 2003, etc, etc,.

Hope that helps, however that information ie past the last 12 months is not available in the branches as it stand at the moment.
