Hi all,

I live in Scotland, and I was hoping someone could clarify this for me. Is it true that as long as you are paying something each month to your council tax they cannot take you to court for arrears until that tax year had ended??????

Many thanks

BUMP - As I don't live in Scotland I'm unsure of the rules north of the border.

Hopefully someone will be along shortly, Rory one of the moderators is from Scotland, and very knowledgable, he may be able to offer some guidence.

Thanks

- Hobbie
