An idea - any comments from mods and others?

 

 

Try reading to this thread there are some comments there -Apparently the banking code (which is voluntary anyway:rolleyes: ) does not specify criteria - but some banks have their own guide only.

 

Have you seen the announcement reference hardship cases today?
