Reclaimed £309, including an extra £2.40 as I claimed the additional interest after they failed to submit a defence. Interestingly when they sent the cheques they included a letter which tried to apply a condition that I do not publicise the settlement they made, despite the fact I enforced a judgement against them (of course they do not admit liability), so I am considering writing to point out that they have no right to impose any conditions on a CCJ made against them! Cheeky divvils.

Well done :D

they included a letter which tried to apply a condition that I do not publicise the settlement they made

That would be their standard template letter then, everyone gets that.

Shame you've already told the 160,000 members of CAG. Oh well :D
