Hi,

I have sent two letters to the RBoS, with the 'we'll get back to you sometime this decade' response to the first and no reply to the second.

I want to start court precedings but have been told by the moneyclaim website that i cannot use the moneyclaim route as the address for RBos is in Edinburgh, Scotland (not England or Wales).

The moneyclaim site also states that i can continue with the claim but there is every chance the claim will be thrown out but the issue fee retained.

Can anyone advise me on the best route to take from here please?

Thanks,

C
