    Cheers, still getting head round it all.

    30some v RBoS I have sent the first letter detailing all the charges for the past five years and requested full payment. The standard letter I have used gives 14 days to respond, I sent the letter recorded delivery however they are getting close to the 14 day deadline. What happens if they miss the date, does it severely strengthen my claim.

    Trying to claim back charges on RBoS account. Calculated the charges but included overdraft maintenance charges, can I do this?
