it all worked out fine. they paid me £3000 when i completed an online claim, x

i have started the claim online- now awaiting a response. Total mounts up to just over £3000. just have to wait now!!! x

The halifax offered me £280. i accepted, but not in full and final settlement. i gave them until this week to pay up the full amount and i havent heard anymore so i am now doing money claim online. Now i add my 8% on top and the court costs... fingers crossed its not me they take to court eh!! hehe well my friend is prepared to come with me and she was paid by the halifax in full so they would have to counter argue their reasons for not paying me. thanks all xx

Sent my initial letter off to James Crosby - Chief Executive of the halifax. Had a quick polite response from Sarah Briggs who was passed my information and acted on it. Will now post my letter asking for payment of charges endorsed to Sarah Briggs, Executive office, Halifax PLC, Trinity Road, Halifax. HX12RG

ok, i did read it just wanted to double check.. thanks for your help. I have totalled up £2870 owing to me in charges from the halifax and have just prepared the letter to send. i love this site, your all so helpful it puts faith in human nature

ok im trying to read everything on this site but there is soooo much. Got my statements pretty quick and will now send the letter stating how much all the charges add up to... hope this is right? do i add on 8% yet?

Hi all my colleague directed me here and i think its great well... just ready to send my first letter 'DPA' and i have taken your advice and will be sending it to James Crosby CEO. Fingers crossed eh!!!! i think they owe me thousands with all the bloody money they have taken off me :O)
