Hi Alan Thanks we have bought a couple of pints for you all, the offer letter asks us to sign this as a full and final payment on all our accounts....is there any templates for accepting offer but not on all accounts ?? Cheers

Hi Just received letter offering me full amount in charges back after two letters to BOS, i gave them 7 days in each letter which prompted a quicker response. So everyone out there going through the same remember to stick to your plan, as we are being robbed by these banks. Many thanks to consumer action group for all the helpful information.

Here's a timesaving tip when calling BOS telebanking, when you get to the menu section just hit 00 on your phone and you get put through to someone straight away. Saves going through the other nonsense. Received statements today, not bad as requested them on Tuesday had to pay £5 fee. Calculated BOS have charged me £328 since Sept 05 so sending off first letter today. (Fingers Crossed) Adios
