  1. You can't I'm afraid. You have to do the paper version at court to appy for exemption.
  2. Most of the money we pay through road tax & fuel duty doesn't go on the road network, why should this make any difference?
  3. I think you have to register with google.
  4. If the bank do not help. I stand to be corrected here!! Pleas! But would it be possible to contact the police as to the real bank account owner! IE finding out who they are. IF big if, they keep the money KNOWING it is not owed to them IE a mistake, could it be claimed back?
  5. Well Done Bean! I beat Monument earlier this week, I think we are the first with them. I too told the (on the phone) that I do not agree with confidentiality clause. So will be scrubbing it out!
  6. From What I can gather this is good for you! The Bank will have to give full dislosure (ie tell the court what it 'actually costs' which they certainly do not want to do! IE it should make them pay up quicker!
  7. Just starting against the Halifax myself. I must say I have already 'done' Capital One & Monument (barclays). I have read through a few of the settled Halifax cases & they do seem to roll over pretty quickly (especially compared to Barclays). Most peeps seem not to grt to MCOL stage & if they do Halifax settle straight away. I would think they are good to start with as it will give you more confidence to 'crack' some of the harder nuts! The threads I have read have not included anyone having their bank account closed. However it is always best to set up a parachute account 'just in case'. Hope this helps!
  8. Bcard trading as monument! Recieved offer today that was £17.00 short. Called Temilope Fatogun, she said to amend the amount on the letter. Also said I didn't agree to confidentiality clause so I would be crossing that out!!! WAY HEY!!!!!!!!!!!
