well quick update, adams have agreed to cough up the difference from previous letter so now had additonal £84.00 credited to my account, but still not head anything from pilot!!, so MUST chase up after hoilday!!!!

no they have not yet sent them i suppose it is worth re asking for them just to find out if i am owed more than they are paying , but i never sent the ten pounds, hence why i am reasonably happy they have paid out !

well still waiting for refund FOS reply went astray but now found, "SAM" from FOS phoned friday going to sort everything out so heres waiting!!!

well i did not resend S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) just never got round to it , but hey success they have to written to me saying they have credited my account with £60.00 and sending me a cheque for £40.00 all this from a SAR with no fee so i am not complaining i do not know how much i am owed but it is probably around ???? but £100 better off without the hassle!! i have check my account and yes there is a credit for £60.00 just waiting the cheque!!

hi hope you can help, sent a CCA request 23/04/07 with no response not sure of next stage, i know that they are in default and have commited a criminal offence as it has now been 1 month since orginial request do i go to FOS with my complaint or to court? advice please

the adverse data this is what the credit agencies hold to which the banks notify them of missed payments etc 1,2 3 ....8 then default. A & L stated i had missed payments re overdraft yet i hadn't it was caused by charges etc hope this helps

well more success, just heard back from FOS he has awarded me £200 compensation from Alliance & Leicester and he ask them to amend/correct my credit file and remove the adverse data, they have agreed to do this!! so it is worth wait and pursuing good luck to all

update 1- Adams - paid up the difference between schedule of charges amount and their "fair charge" of £12.00 i have accepted put will chase the rest 2- Pilot - still not heard anything since LBA 3- Pilot2 -still not heard anything re CCA request will chase up this week!! why to some companies do this?? drag things out and increase cost??? have a good weekend you'all Vicmar

right,phoned court today no defence filed!! got home and on my mat, a letter from HBOS with a Cheque for £60!! (this covers courts cost and compensation!) i sent with the court bundle a pre lim letter for charges around £60, but still not recived missing statements!!!!! so they have asked for a letter comfirming i have contacted court re costs paid, i will request again missing statements and enclose schedule of charges and lets see what happens!!

i sent to the address in bradford which was Studio , Burley House, Bradford Rd, Burley-in-Wharfedale,Ilkley, West Yorkshire LS29 7DZ ,they forwarded my details to preston , but stick to this address and you will get some response. good luck

well i heard from court on tuesday the filed a defence on 2nd of may , so i an going to write to the court giving copies of correspondance and copies to HBOS solicitors they now have further 10 days (initally served on 21/04/07) so heres waiting again!!! also feeling a little loney has any one else been in this situation regard having to take to court just go get statements?

well heard back from FOS i have been allocated a case worker and they will contact me in due course so i will see what happens???:-|

Pilot:-well had the usual reply thanks but we are right etc , so posted LBA this week Adams:- resolved missing payment , sent of PreLim this week so again i will wait and see. PPI :- still awaiting any response to CCA request it all go go go!!!
