HI Mjack theey paid in full the beginning of the january but i have another problem now i kept using my account as they had sent me a new highline card. Problem is they cleared my account out over two weeks ago so they have 4 grand of my money nice one. They will settle eventually just take the money out as soon as it has cleared. Sorry louise i have only just got your message. RBS have settled in full with me this happened yesterday so i was just going on to post it. I just received a letter out of the blue with cheque for full amount and they havent closed my account. I will help if i can but i tink their are people with more experience than me please let me know what happens fingers crossed they should pay up just a question of the waiting game. Chin up

I am at exactly the same place as you i received a copy of the AQ about three weeks ago and am now awaiting court date and a letter offering i hope full settlement. All we can do is wait and see it seems that it is very much a waiting game. What bothers me is that some people get paid out practically straight away and i havent been. Guess i am a bit scared dont want to be the first person they take all the way.

I too had a royalties account but i did not deduct the suscriptions to date they have not said anything about this they are defending my case and this was not an issue in their defence. I sent everything to the head office in Edinburgh. Thought this might help.

Just thought i would log in and update everyone and also i need a bit of moral support. I am currently awaiting a court date. Rbs have defended my claim, i have sent off allocation questionaire. Before i was sent this i received an offer of approx half the claimed amount i have refused this and am really having second thoughts as i have heard nothing except a copy of their allocation questionaire. So i am panicking a bit it would be nice to hear from people who have been as far as this i am convinced they are going to make an example of me and take it all the way.

My charges come to £6950.00 should i just claim for £5000.00 through the small claims court?

Have sorted out the spreadsheets total of charges are £6950 not bad. Anyway sent off the 14day letter i have been on holiday and the rbs phoned me while i was away is this there normal practise if so what should i do when they phone again i just thought that they would write to me?

i have just received all my statemnts for the past 6 years can i claim back refferral charges that i have been charged some months also some months i have double lots of interst included what do i do about htem? help. I also dont know where to go for the spreadsheets.
