Ty for your reply.... As they keep taking out the charges... they keep making me go over my limit...which means they charge me again the following month!!When I have worked it out, I will be claiming 'All' back

Approximately 8 months ago I went slightly overdrawn on my account overdraft of £200: £3.12 = £203.12… for this the RBS charged me £28.00! Due to the nature of my finances at present, ‘Incapacity Benefit’ paid directly to my bank account: there is never enough money going into the account to bring me out of my overdraft: so each and every month now… charges are added which take me back over my overdraft limit, to then which charges are added again the following month… so on and so forth!! Are these charges Legal… and what are the rules/laws with regards to taking charges from State Benefits? Thank you.
