Gotta laugh got a letter dated 21st august received today should have heard by the 21st not dated 21st but hey ho whats a couple of days between friends pmsl. upped there opffer from 81pounds to 276pounds in full and finall setlement, god i could really do with that in my pocket right now but i will keep fighting all the way. Well i hit a liitle hurdle i have discovered i dont have to pay court fees due to benefits but i need a letter to confirm this should take about 5 days then i will crack on with claim only wish i'd discovered this sooner . RBS have ignored LBA so onwards an upward i go i'll fight them all the way and now its gonna cost them more than it would have done to start with but i dont spose they are bothered being they are still raking in all the charges they can afford it cant they . Well lets hope my letter arrives sooner rather than later. Will this affect me in any way being that i havent stuck to MY time scale ??? zoe

thanks for the replys will take another look at it and see if i can work it out. I spoke with RBOS today who informed me although i hand delivered LBA to them on the 3rd august with 14 days to respond, they then had to forward it on and it wasnt received till the 7th august they are now saying they have till 21st august to respond is this right or are they delaying ??? is this worked by my dtes or theres??? thanks zoe

The interest spreadsheet is doing my brain in, i have speant the last 30 mins starring at it hoping for the answer to jump out at meand its not . Can someone please tell me what cleared transaction is please i'm prob being really thick today i just dont get it. Also my next question being if i put in the date for each charge im not sure how many days to work it out on ??? please help i'm trying to get organised they 14 days is up on thursday after LBA, thought it be a good idea if i started getting this done ready. optomistic eh??? thanks zoe
