  1. Hi Purepest, I also am in Scotland (well kinda - my home adress is) and my branch is in Scotland! Have you any thoughts about how you are going to continue? Are you going to go thru the Scottish system where 750 quid is a max claim and if you are over this you have to split them? Any body else done this in Scotland and is it relitively easy or not? Cheers Jam
  2. Who gives you extra???? Not RBOS thats for sure! Anyway, sent off 2 SAR's today. Abbey and RBOS. Keeping my fingers crossed! Anybody have anyinfo on what can be done if RBOS give in and pay back my charges but during this time I was issued a default notice? Can I get it removed? Anyone........ Cheers
  3. Hi, I have just stumbled across this site and I now think it was made for me! Since being a student and subsequent poorly paid jobs I have paid a fortune in charges! Anyway, I have just sent off two SAR's. One for Abbey and one for RBOS. Both are as bad as each other! Anyway, 40 days and counting! Just to add to the complications tho I am acting thru a 3rd party (my mother) as I live and work in the Middle East. Oh joy! Keep it real. JM
