  1. Thanks Martin, BUT a hiccup has occured, need advice on the following I only learnt yesterday that my accounts are still open and that the monies HAVE to be paid into these accounts. One of the accounts is £1200 still outstanding, this is purley charges, they said that the monies will clear this account, BUT I have just been on the phone to Credit Management (not helpful I tell you) and they have not me that I not be able to access my accounts until these monies have been cleared. This debt was sent to Westcot Debit Collections and they have offered me a deal to settle for £900, BUT I cannot get access to my money as when it goes into my account they will automatically take £1200 out. Sorry this is a bit confusing but I have steam coming out of my ears at the moment. The Liverpool Branch are a joke, they just dont want to know. PLEASE I NEED URGENT ADVICE sob sob sob

I only learnt yesterday that my accounts are still open and that the monies HAVE to be paid into these accounts.   4. I have two seperate accounts with RBS (they are both closed now), I put two seperate claims in, a few days after one another, hope this helps
  5. Dont panic, I recieved my three weeks after the 40 days were up, they sent mine to the branch (my accounts are now closed) and they destroyed them. I eventually got another set sent special delivery three weeks later, have now sent my claims in £9K :grin:

  11. can you advise which letter in the template library I should use??? just a big boggled by all the info on the template letters x

  13. Its now 7 days since I sent my 1st letter to them for non compliance of statements, they replied last monday saying they are onto it and will deal straightaway, and I AM STILL WAITING what should I do now??????

  15. Just spoken to a guy called Sean Brown (American) he has informed me that they have been sent out, but looks like they have gone to the branch, I no longer have my account as it is now closed. Anyway, he said the branch probably have destroyed them and he has re ordered them for me, should take about 7/10days. Told him this was unacceptable they have had 40 days to respond. Do I send the next letter or wait until the end of next week to see if they turn up??????????
