    Hello I have received a response attached. Should I register to see the documents? I also note on the paperwork they provided asking for income my D.O.B is incorrect, not sure if this matters or not. I also ideally don't want to email them. Any advise, pls?     Not in Scotland. I did have a virgin card (around 2015), Had a letter from Arrows saying they are transferring it and before that had some letters from capquest. This is the 1st letter from drydens. Have not moved. Thnx T
