I have also just received a letter from CLI regarding a French bank debt which they claim has been assigned to SAS NACC. I will follow the advice of ignoring the letters but I am just wondering if anyone has had any closure? Do the letters just keep on coming? Has anyone received an actual solicitors letter? Any follow up would be appreciated. Thank you.
