  1. The car was stopped for two minutes on an area of the car park marked as no parking. The driver didn’t switch off the engine or get out of the car Surely in these circumstances, the driver didn’t even have the opportunity to read and accept the T&Cs, so cannot be deemed to have accepted them. Therefore, in law, surely no contract can be deemed to exist? Also, it appears that the NTK was not issue within 14 days Full details:- 1 Date of the infringement 22/12/2018 Entry Time 09:08 Exit Time 09:10 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 15/01/2019 3 Date received 18/01/2019 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [y/n?] No 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes, the NTK shows two photos, one for entry time and one for exit time 6 Have you appealed? {y/n?] post up your appeal] No Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up N/A 7 Who is the parking company? Parking Control Solutions Limited 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Greggs, Gelderd Close, Leeds, LS12 6DS For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under.
