I leased a small plot of agricultural land. I was served with a notice of eviction on the grounds I had broken rules. The claim is patently ludicrous. I wish to seek an injunction pending making a further claim for damages & restitution of my lease and access to the property. I have absolutely no money to pay for any legal advice, but would be ale to represent myself in court if I knew how to go about it. But I am clueless. Help !
