I have received another letter saying they are recommending their client to take court action, and they give two options to settle out of court: -give extra time to pay up to 08/02/19 -let me pay by instalments (option only available until 08/02/2019) Are there any chances Gemini would take action? It says is 'their client's final offer to settle the matter'

Hi there, I received a parking charge by Gemini parking solutions a while back, in exactly the same circumstances than other post on this forum. The advice was to ignore it and since I've had two more notices one by Gemini and the last one saying I have a parking charge of £160 but this time the letter is from DRP (Debt Recovery Plus Ltd), giving until the 04/01/19 to pay or they'll recommend to take court action against me. What's the best option? Thanks for your help!

I ignored it and today I got a letter 'Overdue Parking Charge', saying they requested details from DVLA and amount due has raised to £100. What can I do?
