  1. One call should come with a health warning , I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days the online chat never hardly works 15 phone calls only to get to no 3 in the cue then they cut you off . They are a law on their own they also lied to me over my policy stating that they can auto renew policies without you actually consenting to auto renew . we had to make some changes to our policy and they worked out the actual fee for the year and charged me problem is when you ring no one answers yesterday on 2 occasions I was no 20 in the que, when I did speak to a op why has it taken so long and the call is costing me as its a mobile she put the phone down :mad2 :
