  1. Also, i’m not sure if they tried at one point to get a ccj, but nothing is on my credit files? If tm/aci got a ccj, can perch do their own thing too? As surely then it would be duplicated?
  2. Yes, I will do. the account was opened November 2016, and defaulted and satisfied on 30 November 2017. as in the account was satisfied and in the closed section, which it still is showing there. can’t remember when I last made a payment, maybe 2016? no I haven’t, not heard from anyone about it in years... I wouldn’t mind, but they’ve put late payment markers on it for Feb and March, so it has completely messed my credit file up.
  3. Thank you for your replies, apologies for taking so long to respond, but things are ridiculous at the minute. I didn’t do an irresponsible lending claim to lending stream, as I only ever had one loan from them, which they defaulted. yes, had a pdl some years back with lending stream. This was all closed though, so that is why it’s such a massive surprise? I swear once upon a time it was with asset collections and their idiot legal lot? Tm is it? don’t really know what to do with it tbh? As don’t want to cause myself loads of problems on my credit file? thank you,
  4. Hello I was just wondering if anyone had any dealings with the above? Checked my Credit Report today, and there seems to be an account registered with the above, showing a default from 2017, and then a late payment marker on for February. Please would anyone be able to shed any light on what is going on? I've not opened any accounts in ages; and previously defaulted accounts were all closed on my credit file. I haven't missed a payment for like 3 years, so obviously this is a massive annoyance. Should I raise a dispute with the CRAs? Or go directly to Perch Capital? As I don't want to give them any information. Thank you.
  5. Hello Thanks for the link, the guide is very helpful! With regard to starting the process, am I ok to email the lenders and ask for a statement of loans? Without mentioning that I am complaining? Then once I have received the information required, I should then raise a complaint? Thanks
  6. Good afternoon, I was hoping someone would be able to help me with regards to a possible irresponsible lending claim? So I got in a bit of a pickle around November 2013, and started getting PDL's with wonga; fell into the "payday loan trap", and finally managed to get out of it about a year ago- I have not had a payday loan since Apr/May 2017 I do believe. My credit file is shot though. I was just wondering the best way to go about this? Am I ok to email the companies asking for details of all the loans i have had with them? As between November 13- February 14 it looks like I had 13 Loans with Wonga alone. This continued, and I eventually used Quick Quid too, Wageday Advance, Mr Lender, My Jar, Satsuma, and Lending Stream; together with an "Overdraft" from Safety Net Credit. Not good Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
