Hi all... I am sorry to hear that every one has the same problem with he fos. My issue is that the investigator that I am in contact with at the fos has been provided with evidence that show 2 companies (finance provider and a supplier) have scanned my signature and have copied and pasted it on to made up invoices to make me liable. the fos has clear evidence on this matter along with other pieces of evidence. On the fos website it says they have the legal power to put things right. what does this actually mean? Can you take the fos to court for an unfair and bias decision? … I may have replied to a thread by mistake I am still trying to find my way round this forum thanks.
