Hello. I have a mate that used to live in the same house with me and other friends for the last 2 years. He's originate from another country, and he lived and worked with us without any problem. With a couple of weeks ago he noticed us that he's leaving the country due to some personal problems. We just found out he got a loan of 20k pounds, he transferred the money into another account and he's not intending to pay anything back. k I want to ask you, is this going to affect us in any way? Should or do we have to notice the bank about his situation? If the bank will transfer his debt to a bailiff company will we have any problem? Thank you
