  1. Still not been able to get anything out of talk talk it like speaking to a brick wall. I got an email about mediation telling me there is an appointment on the 10/07/18 at 13:15. I have tried to phone them numerous time but cannot get a hold of anybody this day isn't suitable for me as I am on a 3 day training course will they change it.
  2. Ok I will fill it out and send back. I will keep trying talk talk to find out if any payments where made.
  3. ]I have still not had any luck with Talk Talk. Today i have received a N149A and a N180 that states i must fill out and file by the 11th of June.
  4. I have provided them with Talk Talk Account number , Address it was registered at and even billing information and they are still saying they cannot verify who i am.
  5. I have just got off the phone to talk talk after a hour of being on the phone to them. They are refusing to provide me information i am asking for because i don't know the email address the account was set up with. They have passed this onto their fraud team who will call me within 5 working days.
  6. I don't want to go down that route I just want to not get a CCJ. if a payment was never made at what point would the 6 years of the statute Bar kick in would it be from when the account was created.
  7. I know it's fraud my ex partner had done this quite a lot and I have paid off everything else because they all appeared on my credit report but this one didn't show on my report so never knew about it. I know it's fraud but that doesn't help me with what I need to do to sort this out.
  8. Looking at the bills I don't think there has ever been a payment made as I didn't know the account exsisted. Looking at the dates it could have been my ex partner who opened the account in my name without me knowing.
  9. So whats are the next things i need to do. Do i need to just wait.
  10. I acknowledge the receipt of your defence. A copy is being served on the claimant (Or the claimant's solicitor) The claimant may contact you direct to attempt to resolve any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, The claimant will inform the court the he wishes to proceed the spirt will then inform you of what will happen. Where he wishes to proceed, The claimant must contact the court within 28 days after receiving a copy of your defence. After that period has elapsed, the claim will be stayed. The only action the claimant can then take will be to apply to a judge for an order lifting the stay.
  11. Too late for what and please explain stayed as I don't know what that means
  12. So a little update i submitted my defence Have now received some paperwork for Moriarty Law with a printed out of an itemised bill from 23/07/2012 and bills from the following two months after that. They have also sent a letter dated the 1st of May 2014 which was supposedly sent to me but i have never seen this letter before. I also received a second letter telling me that they acknowledge the receipt of my defence and confirm that they are to proceed with their claim.
