Just trying to fill n244 form, there is section 3 What order are you asking the court to make and why. Should I put that claim form pack was sent to wrong address? What order to put? Another section asking attached a draft order. Should I attach proof from DVLA ?

I found some documents, Judgment for claimant ( in default ) it says that parking company is Parking Control Management (UK) Limited. found another two debt collector Trace ltd and gladstones ltd. is that helpful?
