Are there any conveyancers out there who will comply with the wording on the restriction instead of doing what they think. It doesn’t seem to matter how many times the wording is repeated to them, they still say it can’t be done or the restriction holder will have to give permission. I’ve made enquiries with fifteen different solicitors/conveyancers without success.
