    Csa arrears / pip

Hi, I showed my key worker a letter that was sent to me saying that I owe £1200, she setup a standing order around 2021, this was to pay back money I owed, with my mental health status I have had complex issues to deal with and I just simply forgot about this standing order so it has been running for about 3.5 years according to my key worker, I'm not worried about the money that was sent that I call a overpayment, it went towards supporting my child's household so I am just happy with that, I am a little sad that I am being told I still owe this £1200, I have sent bank statements over 3 years worth but they have not taken away this £1200 bill and still say I owe it Thank you
  2. Hi all, I get esa and pip, I have £1200 in arrears that I owed my ex partner, I have been paying £100 per month to clear this debt that was setup by standing order, as I have complex needs I forgot about this standing order and have overpaid maintenance by around £4000, I told CSA I am happy for my ex partner to keep overpayment I do not wish to seek anything back, however they have declined to take of the sum of £1200 and are still saying I owe this to my ex partner. In my second question it was announced that pip would stop for mental health, I don't understand the link below Disability benefits system to be reviewed as PM outlines "moral mission" to reform welfare - GOV.UK WWW.GOV.UK The Prime Minister has outlined a package of sweeping reforms to put work at the heart of welfare and... Does this mean my money is going to stop? I have spoken to my key worker and I am already receiving help from mental health team and complex needs team along with connections and mind, I just don't get what is going on.
  3. Thank you everyone I wasnt sure who could help
  4. Hi I have been advised that we could claim dla for my 18month old daughter who has a heart defect and is due major operation when she is around 42 months old, is there someone who I can contact that would be able to help me complete this form correctly ? Thank you
  5. Well I dont no where to start, i dont have the patience to go through everyone's posts and even when I do I dont no where to start, i dont have the ticket any more i guess i threw it out it was over 2 years ago now, I understand the advice is free on this site, but I am just hard of understanding it all and need a little prompting, I cant afford to pay it but if it gets them off my back then it is easier to go without the things I need, i dont need added pressure so do I just ignore their letters and let them take me to court as they suggested?
  6. I dont really want to get mixed up in other peoples problems that's why I made this post to get advice here, I'll probably just pay it seems easyer
  7. I have done that, I told them I do not accept there phone calls or emails I have been reading and replying to posts on here yes
  8. I got this from them today Dear Mr ....... We write further to the telephone call you held with our office on 24 January 2020. We apologise in the delay with our reply The signs displayed at the site clearly state that you must pay and display a valid ticket within the vehicle, if you choose to park outside of these terms, you accept the charge set out on the sign. The signs form the contract between yourself and our Client. We attach our Client's photographic evidence which shows your vehicle bearing registration number (my reg) parked without a valid ticket. By parking in such a manner the driver accepted the charge of £100.00 set out on the signs. Payment of the charge has not been forthcoming within the relevant timeframe and as such the contract between yourself and our Client has now been breached. Our Client has incurred further costs as a direct result of the breach in taking steps to recover the outstanding debt. In view of the above it is our Client's position that the sum of £160.00 remains outstanding within 30 days from the date of this email. In the event that payment is not made within this time-frame our Client may elect to issue legal proceedings without further notice to you You can pay by one of the following methods:
  9. Well at the moment it's not untrue, I can barely get out bed to the toilet on most days, 90% of the time I'm laid down because even when sitting up I struggle, but it's just temporary i hope i have been like it for almost 3 years now, the doctors say it's due to malnutrition, my blood pressure drops fast, not dangerous enough to be treated but enough to cause me problems, like dizziness, faint, blackout, lack energy, maybe I just feel like I shouldn't get that part of pip because it's not permanent, I also dont want the hassle of more assessments I really struggle with them, they also made me go to court when I first started claiming pip in 2016 I couldn't cope with all that again
  10. Hello all, I claim pip because of illness, how ever somebody has to help me fill in the form that has 12 questions about my health, last year my pip was changed from standard daily to enhanced daily with standard mobility, the person who completed my application on Monday completed all questions has no change then gave a brief description under that what I think is ok its similar to last years questions how ever she ticked on the last question that I can walk more than 20 meters but less than 50 meters. I told her not to tick that because it's only temporary and is mainly due to malnutrition that I have suffered from as part of one of my conditions that is a eating disorder. My blood pressure drops when standing I get very short breath quickly and I can only walk a short distance without collapsing or atleast almost fainting. My worry is that even though I have been like this for over 3 years, they will put me on the higher rate mobility then I will get better in a couple of months to a year as I am getting home therapy to sort out what's going wrong and I will be left to pay back money I cannot afford I really wish they would of just left that last question out, I am also worried they will take me back to court and stop my current money in the process

I appealed the ticket back in 2018 just not long after I received the ticket but now they have a solicitor involved and want to take me to court now .. What do I do? The ticket says Pay and display Place ticket on dashboard What is what I done it doesn't say ticket must be face up or faced down so I don't think I've breached their policy NE PARKING LTD 29-23 LOWTHIAN ROAD HARTLEPOOL TS26 8AL Dear, Reference: Penalty Charge Notice number: Date of issue: 11/08/2018 Vehicle registration: I am writing to formally challenge the above Penalty Charge Notice. On 11/08/2018 my vehicle was issued with a Penalty Charge Notice for the reason of Failing to clearly display a valid permit/ticket. In accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1991, my challenge is on the basis that the contravention did not occur. I had purchased a ticket for 24 hours on the 10th August 2018 , I am unsure how the ticket had blown upside down on my dashboard. Please find enclosed evidence I have attach evidential facts of the purchased ticket along with my email CODE 0080, 001, 0 PURCHASE TIME 17:15. Horny road fee £7.50. For this reason I look forward to receiving notification that the Penalty Charge Notice has been cancelled within 28 days. Yours faithfully, Here's a copy of the appeal email I originally sent them .. along with attach proof I paid for parking
