A trader, I paid via debit card

evening everyone, my old phone was doing my head in being slow, so decided to get a budget phone , the price was £219.95 on eBay, bought 11.11.2023. the phone was bang on, then around 2 weeks after started randomly displaying the water detected error message(i have no where been near any water). I thought it just need restarting but its constantly on the message beeping at me, wont even let me charge it. the phone is dead eBay say the Return window closed on 14 Dec to do anything, is there anything i can do. thanks

looking at the attachments, this looks like a fake claim form what the seller has made and printed themselves, i maybe wrong...

Just downloaded the CPR from them, is it a joke? , where the breakdown of each one? Is that all you received ?

i would go all the way with this IMHO..can see them discontinuing later down the line..
