A simple yes or no would have sufficed along with a reason.

hi, i was wondering if anyone could advise on the legal situation of a suspended chief constable still having his name on the bottom of NIP forms? Surely he is not able to do this if suspended? my thinking is that any form issued with his name and signature (not PP'd or on behalf of ) should be considered non enforcable. thanks and apologies if this hase been covered before.
