  1. Thanks for your help. Got a full refund. Not sure if it was being persistant calling their sales directors office or my email to the CEO that did it, but either way its sorted.
  2. I am currently having the exact same problem. Trying to cancel an order placed on the 1st of Jan. They are refusing. What is the email address for the CEO as I will try that approach.
