  1. I did post them a letter stating: I am the keeper of vehicle xxxx and am in receipt of your Notice to Keeper xxxxx The NTK fails to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, namely, but not limited to, section 8 (2) (f) in that a warning to the keeper has not been made. I agree with you that the the driver is liable for this charge but I, as the keeper, can not be held liable for the actions of the driver at the time. There is no legal duty to identify the driver and I will not be doing so. I have, as requested, passed your NTK to the driver and they may contact you about this matter. Consequently I do not expect to hear from you again other than to confirm that no further action will be taken against me on the matter. Received a letter back from them, I went to the website to view the photographic evidence but it's nowhere to be found! ketter.pdf
  2. Ok, thanks, Someone has suggested I write to them stating the following: I am the keeper of vehicle xxxx and am in receipt of your Notice to Keeper xxxxx The NTK fails to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, namely, but not limited to, section 8 (2) (f) in that a warning to the keeper has not been made. Consequently I do not expect to hear from you again other than to confirm that no further action will be taken against me on the matter. Worth it or should I just sit back and do nothing?
  3. Thanks for that great reply, I had never noticed the flaws in the signage like that. I did buy a ticket and park within the white lines etc. What do you recommend that I do next please?
  4. Apologies, I will upload the ticket and 3 signs now. ticket.pdf Sign 1.pdf Sign 2.pdf Sign 3.pdf
  5. Ok, thanks, What is not compliant about it? What should I do next?
  6. Notice to Keeper was received in the post today, What should we do next please?
  7. I have not got the parking ticket I bought. Although it goes against the grain should I spend £1 and buy another one?
  8. thanks, I think I still have the ticket in the car, I will get a picture of the ticket machine on Friday morning when in the area again. The cinema has no connection with the car park at all.
  9. For windscreen tickets (NTD) please answer the following questions. 1 The date of infringement? 23 December 2017 2 Did you appeal to the parking company? Not yet If yes, has there been any response? If no, have you received a Notice To Keeper? (NTK) Did the NTK provide photographic evidence? 3 Did the NTK mention Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) 4 If you appealed after receiving the NTK, did the parking company give you any information regarding the further appeals process? [it is well known that parking companies will reject any appeal whatever the circumstances] 5 Who is the parking company? Armtrac Security For parking draft.pdf
