Sorry I am just worried as I had to fill that reply letter in the 1 before court according to that I was supposed to get an extra 30 days if I was seeking advice then Lucas sent that letter giving me 10 days which was dated 12 days ago just don't know which way to turn, been watching to much the sheriff's are coming I think.

Had a good look through, found 5x £12 Admin Fees and 1x £96 Admin Fee, there is nothing in there about the 50% reduction letter and the only thing in there regarding lowell is below img024.pdf
